Alexandra (Xandra) Locke -a troubled child stolen from an orphanage as a young child, she grew up among the miscreants of the Bethrothed in Port Oakes, a small oceanside city in the notorious Rogue Isles. Cursed with the powers of hell by the demoness who kidnapped her, she struggles with her fate and her morality. She attends school in Cap au Diable, where she now lives with Meg Kingston, her adoptive mother, and dreams of some day becoming a hero.
(About this file - this render was done in DAZ Studio. The outfit is a self-created map applied to the V4 Bodysuit, including the 'biker' boots will all 'pads' set to transparent. The cape is from Adam Thwaites' (http://www.most-digital-creations.com/) Hero M4 set, with custom maps applied, including a trans-map to give it the look of the City of Heroes "Dagger" style. All postwork, including her frosty aura, done in Photoshop CS3).
